The Central Gauteng refund process for the cancelled 2020/2021 Little league and Junior Inter Provincial Tournaments will take place as follows:
If you paid the required amounts in FULL you will be refunded as follows:
1) Players who were selected in 2020 and remained in the team in 2021, that paid the FULL IPT amount in 2020 and the FULL top up amount in 2021 will be refunded R5025.
2) Players who were selected in 2020 and withdrew without carrying over to 2021 and paid the FULL IPT amount in 2020 will be refunded R4359 (or the difference of what has already been refunded at the time of withdrawal)
3) Players who were new players in 2021 and paid the FULL IPT amount in 2021, will be refunded R4359.
4) Players who were originally selected in a Junior team in 2020 and paid the FULL IPT amount in 2020 and then played in the Opens/U21 tournament in 2021 will receive a refund of R3275.
If you did NOT pay in full you will be refunded as follows:
1) Players who were selected in 2020 and remained in the team in 2021

- If you paid less than R3398 you will receive no refund
- If you paid more you will receive the difference between what you paid and R3398

2) Players who were new players in 2021

- If you paid less than R2426 you will receive no refund
- If you paid more you will receive the difference between what you paid and R2426

Please note:
- NO fundraising money will be refunded, but if you were due to receive fundraising relief in 2021 and you are playing in 2022, your fundraising amount will be allocated to your 2022 account.
- NO accounts will be net off between 2021 and 2022, but if you are playing in 2022 and you are due a refund, no payment will be expected before the end of February 2022, before you are refunded.
Refunds will be performed by end February 2022, if information is received by 22 February 2022
